  1. Prepare 1/2 pound of tri-colored (can be no color) pasta.

  4. It's of Sun Dried Tomatoes.
  5. You need of Crumbled Feta Cheese (A feta block is fine, just need to cut into small cubes).

  1. Bring a large pot to boil with a few dashes of salt.
  2. When water is boiling add the orzo and stir.
  3. Chop the olives, cheese, and tomatoes into and place into a large bowl. It’s very important to make them all equal in size. Add a liberal pour of olive oil over the ingredients.
  4. Keep stirring and get ready to drain the water. I like to drain right after the pasta is al dente.
  5. Mix all the ingredients of the bowl The cheese will melt and get gooey but that’s a good thing. Add more oil if you desire it. I usually put mine in the refrigerator for an hour right after it’s done. This will keep in Tupperware for a week in the fridge.
