- It's 1 c of bitter melon, chopped.
- It's 2 c of butternut squash, chopped.
- You need 4 c of fresh long beans, chopped (can substitute w/ green beans).
- You need 1 c of fresh tomatoes, chopped.
- It's 1 c of zucchini, chopped.
- You need 1 c of yellow onion, sliced.
- It's 2 c of Japanese eggplant, chopped.
- It's 4 of Garlic cloves, minced.
- You need 1 tsp of ginger, minced.
- Prepare 1.5 lbs of pork ribs (any kind of pork will do if not available).
- You need .5 lb of raw shrimp.
- You need 5 tbsp of Chicken flavor dry broth base & seasoning.
- You need of Olive oil.

- Cut pork into bite size pieces. Keep any bones. This will be cooked and included with the dish. It adds extra flavor. Wash pork and drain or dry with a paper towel..
- Heat a large pan on med heat. Saute pork for approximately 5 min. Season with salt and pepper and remove from pan. Set aside. (Fyi- oil not needed since it was washed.).
