1. Prepare 5 of - Italian Sausage.
2. You need 1-2 of of each Green, red, yellow, orange peppers.
3. It's 1/2 of Onion.
4. Prepare of Mini sandwich sub buns.

2. Wash peppers.
3. Cut peppers and onions in thin strips, then in half..
4. Simmer in hot pan with 2 table spoons of water..
5. Jalapeños in separate pan for ppl who like it extra spicy!!.
6. I take my peppers & onions out of pan while I cook sausage so not to burn them. Add 1/2 in water to pan as per package instructions..
7. Turn sausage onto all sides..
8. Cover let cook 15 min, turn cover again 5-10 min..
9. Drain some water.
10. Add peppers back in, cover 5 mins..
11. Brown each side.
12. Optional: remove a small amount of bun, careful not to puncture through to other side..
13. Fill with small amount of pepper & onion.
14. Slice a line into but NOT all the way through the sausage..this is why I thinly slice the pepper and onions. Also make sure there is NO PINK & fully cooked through..
15. Stuff the rest of the peppers & onions into the sausage..
