  1. Prepare & boil 200g raw sweet potato on stove until soft & ready..
  2. Boil peas or selected vegetables for 5 minutes or until done..
  3. Cook 2x Kangaroo Sausages in hot pan until done..
  4. Remove sausages then cook the onion in hot pan and add 1 serving of gravy powder with a little water to create thickness. Stir continuously and turn heat down..
  5. Mash sweet potato to desired texture and add any seasoning or flavour..
  6. Serve onto plate vegetables, sausages then add onion & gravy at the end as the sauce..
