- It's 200 g of Raw Sweet Potato.
- Prepare 50 g of Frozen Peas (or use fresh broccoli / green beans).

- Prepare 1 of Serve Gravy Powder.

- Prepare & boil 200g raw sweet potato on stove until soft & ready..
- Boil peas or selected vegetables for 5 minutes or until done..
- Cook 2x Kangaroo Sausages in hot pan until done..
- Remove sausages then cook the onion in hot pan and add 1 serving of gravy powder with a little water to create thickness. Stir continuously and turn heat down..
- Mash sweet potato to desired texture and add any seasoning or flavour..
- Serve onto plate vegetables, sausages then add onion & gravy at the end as the sauce..
