- Prepare 6 cups of shredded zucchini.
- You need 2 of flax eggs.
- Prepare 2 of garlic cloves.
- You need 1/2 cup of almond flour.
- Prepare 1/2 C of fresh chopped parlsley, thyme, chives, dill. I used thyme.
- It's 1 tsp of onion powder.
- It's 1 tsp of salt. Not big salt fan so could use 1.5 easily if needed.
- Prepare of Pepper for taste.
- Prepare of Oil for frying (I used olive).

- Shredded zucchini and prepared the flax eggs first..
- Once the eggs are set then I add all ingredients together at once in a large mixing bowl. I chose to hand mix this recipe I am sure you can do it in the KitchenAid just is easy.
