- Prepare 500 of grm. Chicken with bone.
- Prepare 1 table spoon of ginger garlic paste.

- Prepare 1 bunch of Coriander leaves finely chopped.

Chilli chicken step by step
- Marinate chicken with all the ingredients abovementioned and rest for two hours or overnight.
- Add oil in a pan to deep fry the chicken and fry on low to medium flame until golden brown in colour.
- In a separate pan take oil and add garlic, ginger, green chillies, capsicum and onion and fry them just for a minute and add all the sauces then add fried chicken into the mixture.
- Sauchet them for two minutes and switch off the flame.
