- In large stock pan add Olive Oil over high heat. Add ground beef and cook till brown. Drain into fat separator, reserving juices.
- Add onion, garlic, chili powder, salt, pepper, cinnamon and cayenne pepper (add spices gradually to desired taste). Cook until onion is soft and translucent..
- Add tomatoes and reserved juices to desired liquidity (do not add in liquified fat) (Add water or beef stock if more liquid desired.).
- Add black and red kidney beans (gradually till desired amount) simmer till flavors develope. Add seasonings to taste as needed..
