- Wash, Peel and cut the potatoes in wedges..
- Heat 2-3 cups of water in a pan and add potato wedges to it with salt..
- Bring it to boil and let it boil for 2-3 minutes..
- Take out from water and add black pepper and corn flour to it and coat all the potatoes with flour..
- Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry potatoes until crisp and golden in colour..
- Drain on an absorbent paper and Keep aside.
- In a large wok, heat oil and saute garlic, ginger, green chilli and 2 spring onions..
- Add onions and capsicum, saute on high flame..
- Next add chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, white vinegar and salt..
- Saute this on high flame for half minute..
- Now mix 1 tbsp corn flour in ¼ cup water without any lumps in a bowl..
- Pour the corn flour mixture gradually in it and stir continuously till it turns translucent..
- Switch off the heat and add 2 tbsp honey and mix well..
- At last add fried potatoes and mix gently..
- Garnish with spring onions and 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds. mix well..
