- You need 20 gm of chopped coriander leaves.
- You need 80 gm of soya chunks.
- You need 1 of chopped onion.
- Prepare 1 of chopped tomato 🍅.
- It's 1 spoon of vinegar.
- It's 1/4 of th teaspoon jeera.
- It's to taste of salt.
- It's to taste of red chilli powder.
- You need 2 table spoon of vegetable oil.
- You need 1/3 tea spoon of haldi.
Soya chilli instructions
- Firstly soak some soya chunks in water for half an hour.
- Put 2 table spoon vegetable oil in the pan and cook it for 1 minute..
- Put jeera in it and roast it..
- Put chopped onion in this and fry it until it becomes golden brown in colour..
- Put chopped tomato in it and fry it.add salt,redd chilli powder,haldi and 1 spoon vinegar in it in it and fry it for few minutes..
- Add soaked soya chunks in it and fry it for few minutes..
- Serve in it plate and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
