  2. You need 80 gm of soya chunks.
  3. You need 1 of chopped onion.
  4. Prepare 1 of chopped tomato 🍅.
  5. It's 1 spoon of vinegar.
  6. It's 1/4 of th teaspoon jeera.
  7. It's to taste of salt.
  8. It's to taste of red chilli powder.
  9. You need 2 table spoon of vegetable oil.
  10. You need 1/3 tea spoon of haldi.

  1. Firstly soak some soya chunks in water for half an hour.
  2. Put 2 table spoon vegetable oil in the pan and cook it for 1 minute..
  3. Put jeera in it and roast it..
  4. Put chopped onion in this and fry it until it becomes golden brown in colour..
  5. Put chopped tomato in it and fry it.add salt,redd chilli powder,haldi and 1 spoon vinegar in it in it and fry it for few minutes..
  6. Add soaked soya chunks in it and fry it for few minutes..
  7. Serve in it plate and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
