- You need 2 of Lg. Russet Baking Potatoes.
- You need 1 of Lobster Tail.
- Prepare 6 of Peeled and Deveined Shrimp, tails off.
- You need 1/2 Stick of Butter, divided.
- You need 1 Clove of Garlic, minced.
- Prepare of Fresh Parsley, minced optional.
- It's of Salt and Black Pepper, to taste.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pierce potatoes all round. Arrange in a baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Slice open and scoop the inside of potatoes and adding it to a medium size mixing bowl. Add 1-2Tbsps. Butter, pinch of salt, and pinch of black pepper. Mix well. Then spoon mixture evenly back into potatoes shells. Set aside and keep warm..
