  2. It's 1/2 of -Stick Butter.
  3. It's of 2-Tbl of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO).
  4. You need 1/4 of -cup of White Wine.
  5. Prepare 1-14 oz of can of Diced Roasted Tomatoes.
  6. Prepare 1 of -Tbl of minced garlic.
  7. You need 3 of -Scallions, sliced thin.
  8. You need 1 of -Tbl Dry Basil, normally I use fresh basil, but didn’t have any.
  9. It's of Salt & Pepper.

  1. Start sauce 1st. The pasta is fresh, so it only takes about 4-min to cook..
  2. On medium heat, melt butter and add EVOO.
  3. Once melted, add garlic, basil, 1/2- of scallions, and 2-pinches each of S & P. Bring to a Simmer for about 2-minutes.
  4. Add wine and tomatoes, continue to simmer.
  5. In a large bring salted water to boil, then add Ravioli, cook for 4-min. Reserve about 3-Tbl of pasta water.
  6. Strain the pasta, do not rinse.
  7. Add reserved pasta water to sauce. Simmer for about another 2-minutes.
  8. Add Ravioli to sauce, plate, and garnish with remaining Scallions.
