- Light the braai (BBQ).
- Cut crayfish or lobster in half, clean and devain.
- Melt butter and mix with garlic.
- Lightly base crayfish or lobster with the butter mix and season with fish spice, only on meat side.
- Place crayfish or lobster on the braai, meat side down for about 4 minutes, depending on the warmth of the coals.
- Turn the crayfish or lobster. Base with the remainder of the butter and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill for about 5 minutes until cooked.
- Add a few drop of lemon juice on the crayfish or lobster and serve.
