Ingredients of Indian Masala Pasta
- Prepare 1 of onion.
- You need 1 of tomato.
- It's 100 ml of water.
- Prepare as needed of Boiled penne pasta.
- You need as required of Olives.
- Prepare 1 of capsicum.
- Prepare as required of Coriander powder.
- You need as required of Red chilli powder.
- It's as per taste of Salt.
- Prepare as required of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare as needed of Maggi masala.
- Prepare as per need of Pasta sauce.
- Prepare as required of Jeera or jeera powder.
- You need as needed of Ginger garlic paste.
Indian Masala Pasta step by step
- Boil the pasta with little bit of salt.
- In the other pan heat oil add pinch of jeera as it pops.. add chopped onion to it.
- Fry until onion turns pinkish add ginger garlic paste to it saute until the raw smell is gone.
- Add chopped capsicum or your other fav. Vegetables and saute until the veggies are bit soft..
- Add tomato puree and saute..
- Add pasta sauce and all the masala and mix till thick paste is formed.
- Mix the pasta with the paste and cook it properly for 5 to 10 min.
