- Melt butter over medium heat cook shrimp until pink, set aside and cover once done.

- Add cajun seasoning and flour heat for 1 minute.
- Slowly stir and whisk chicken stock to avoid clumps.
- Increase heat and boil for 1 minute.
- Reduce heat to simmer and add heavy cream and velveeta to melt.
