- Prepare of Seasonings : chicken stock, black pepper, basil, oregano, pink salt, other optional Italian seasonings to your personal taste.
- Prepare Half of jar of Newman’s Own Tomato and Basil pasta sauce (no added sugar).
- It's 1 tbsp of Extra virgin olive oil.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Crushed garlic.
- Prepare Half of a White onions sliced into small pieces.
- It's leaves of Several fresh basil.
- You need 1 tsp of basil pesto (optional).
- You need 1 of small bowl of fresh spinach leaves.
- You need 1 handful of vegan cheddar cheese.
- It's 1 of /3 pack of super green spaghetti.

- Add garlic, onion, olive oil, in the skillet on a low heat until onions are transparent..
- Add the meatballs to the oil and turn on several sides so they cook evenly/ are lightly browned all over..
