- In a large nonstick skillet add the olive oil and butter. Once skillet is really hot on medium high heat add the thinly sliced steak, mushrooms, onions, potatoes, and all the seasonings except for the 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper. Saute til meat is no longer pink and potatoes are tender. Drain excess grease and set aside in a reserved bowl and keep warm..
- In a medium mixing bowl add the eggs, milk, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper. Whish til well combined. Add to the same skillet on medium heat. Add the meat and veggies mixture. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over top. Cook and mix constantly til eggs are completely cooked and scrambled.
