- In a mixing bowl combine the flours, salt and oil.
- Add the sweet potato mash while warm and knead a soft dough using very less water. (use a fork to mix initially if you aren’t able to handle the warm potatoes).
- Dust the working board with some flour and roll out thin circular tortillas/ chapatis in batches.
- Toast them on a skillet on medium-low heat till done/cooked on both sides.
