- You need of Shredded cheddar cheese.

- First wash and boil in salted water your potatoes (I use about 5 whole potatoes).
- When a fork can easily stab potatoes take off heat and immerse in cold water...
- After potatoes have time to cool cut them in half long ways and gently spoon out middle.
- Have your oil nice and hot and enough oil to cover potatoes halves and fry potatoes until golden brown... will not take long 2-3 minutes.
- Have your over preheated to 350.
- When potatoes are finished frying put on baking sheet and fill potatoes with cheese and cooked bacon.
- Top with a dash of salt and pepper.
- And bake until cheese is melted... takes about 4 -5 minutes.
