- It's 3/4 cup of sugar or jaggery powder.

Banana Halwa step by step
- In a blender jar, add cut banana pieces and grind it to smooth paste..
- In a pan,add 1 tbsp ghee,cashews,raisins and roast until golden brown. Set it aside..

- In a glass, mix corn flour with 1/4 cup water to make thin paste. Add this mixture to the banana pan and stir well continuously without forming lumps..
- Add jaggery and cook it until the halwa becomes thick. Add the roasted nuts, cardomom powder,2 tbsp ghee and mix well..
- Once it is reduced to half quantity and doesn't stick to the sides, switch off the flame..
- Apply ghee on a tray and pour the halwa into it. Use a spoon with ghee on back side and level it nicely to get perfect shape..
